Granola Cups with Yogurt

These granola cups are so cute, so easy to make and are a perfect option for a quick and easy breakfast or snack. They taste just like oatmeal cookie cups and can also be levelled up for a fun dessert.

Ingredients:

-- Banana -- Oat flour -- Honey -- Filling

I don't like bananas, can I substitute it?

I have not tested a version of this recipe without the banana however if you would like to try I recommend utilizing ½ cup applesauce or ½ cup additional honey.

Storage

Muffins can be stored on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container. To freeze, place the muffins in an airtight container or bag and freeze for up to 3 months.

Top Tip

The size of your banana may impact the level of moisture in the mixture. If you find your mixture is too crumbly and is not sticking together, I recommend adding 1-2 tablespoon of milk to help hold everything together. The mixture should be the consistency of a sticky cookie dough.
