Spicy Parmesan Air Fryer Asparagus

Spicy Parmesan air fryer asparagus is the perfect recipe to convert any asparagus hater. All you need is 10 minutes and an air fryer!

Ingredients 

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking oil of choice)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ tablespoon honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
  • ½ of 1 lemon just the juice

Instructions

  • Using a cutting board, chop asparagus into bite sized pieces.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add asparagus, oil, garlic, spices, honey, lemon juice and cheese and mix until asparagus is fully coated.
  • Add asparagus to your air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread evenly along the bottom of the basket.
  • Air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
