High Protein Ice Cream (Cottage Cheese Ice Cream)

This protein ice cream made with cottage cheese is the creamiest, dreamiest dessert for the summer. With only 3 ingredients, it's healthy, balanced and simple!

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups 2% cottage cheese 500g container
  • 1 cup fruit of choice
  • 1-3 tablespoon honey depending on sweetness preference

Optional:

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 medium bananas for a creamier texture

Instructions

  • In a high powered blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Once smooth, pour the cottage cheese mixture into a freezer friendly container with a lid. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
  • Run an ice cream scoop under warm water to help scoop out your ice cream and enjoy!
