Tropical Mango Iron Rich Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 2.5 cups spinach
  • 1.5 cups water
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 medium orange peeled
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • cup hemp seeds
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated (about ½ tsp)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend spinach with water and orange juice until smooth.
  • Once blended, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
