Dill Pickle Dressing

Calling all pickle lovers! My Creamy Dill Pickle Salad Dressing is the best for any salad or sandwich. Made high protein and with ALL the pickle flavour!

Servings: 1 cup of dressing

Ingredients 

  • cup plain greek yogurt
  • cup chopped dill pickles (about 2 large pickles)
  • 2 tablespoon pickle brine
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill or 2 tablespoon fresh
  • water to thin

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or mason jar.
  • Add water by the teaspoon to thin dressing to desired consistency.
  • Store dressing in a sealed mason jar for up to 2 weeks.

For a smoother dressing, you can add everything to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. This will help smooth out the dill pickle pieces, creating a uniform texture.
