1+ ¼cupplain Greek yogurt any fat percentage will work
1tablespoonhoney
½cupnatural peanut butter
⅓cupdark chocolatemelted
1mediumbananasliced
¼cupcrushed graham crackers
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey and peanut butter and mix thoroughly until combined.
Transfer the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula to spread and smooth it out until it reaches an even thickness.
Melt your chocolate. Add dollops of the melted chocolate on top of the yogurt mixture and swirl it around using a toothpick.
Top with bananas, graham cracker crumbs and a peanut butter drizzle (optional)!
Freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm (I typically leave it overnight).
Once firm, break the bark into pieces and store in a container in the freezer.
Notes
*as it is frozen this bark MUST be kept in the freezer. As much as I wish I could bring it with me anywhere I go sadly it will melt so it's a treat best enjoyed at home.
