Homemade herb and cheddar Greek yogurt bagels! No yeast, no rise time, easy to make, and so delicious.

Ingredients
1 +¾ cupsall-purpose flour
1tablespoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonsalt
1tablespoondried oregano
1 tablespoondried basil
½teaspoongarlic powder
⅛teaspoonred pepper flakes
1 + ¼cupplain greek yogurt
1 egglightly whisked
¼ cupcheeseshredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, mix flour with baking powder, salt and spices
In the same bowl, add yogurt and knead dough to mix until flour is fully combined
On a lightly floured surface, roll and knead the dough into one smooth ball and divide dough into 4-5 equal pieces (these will be your bagels)
To shape the bagels, roll out each piece of dough into a log, joining the two ends together to form a circle
Place bagels on a parchment- lined baking sheet. Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake bagels for 25 minutes, or until tops are slightly golden, then allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving
Notes
*YES 1 TABLESPOON of baking powder is correct. Instead of using yeast we use all purpose and add baking powder to create a self rising flour that helps give these bagels some RISE!*I have included the nutrition information for this recipe below.
