Try this Baked Feta Cheese Dip with Cranberries for a simple, festive appetizer. Minimal ingredients, easy cleanup, and so much holiday flavour!

Ingredients
1.5cupscranberries,fresh or frozen
3tablespoonhoney,divided
¼cuporange juice
zest of ½ an orange
2springsrosemary,finely chopped
7ozfull fat feta cheese
1tablespoonolive oil
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
¼teaspoonchili flakes
3tablespooncream cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Prepare a 9x6” baking dish by lightly oiling all sides.
To the dish add cranberries, 2 tablespoon honey, orange juice, orange zest and half of the rosemary. Toss to combine.
To the center of the cranberries at the block of feta. Drizzle with olive oil (ensuring all sides of the feta are full covered). Top with remaining 1 tablespoon of honey and sprinkle with black pepper, chili flakes and remainder of rosemary.
Bake for 20 minutes. Before removing from the oven- broil for 5 minutes to slightly brown the cheese.
For a sliced feta cranberry option: drain any excess liquid from the cranberries, slice feta and serve as is with crackers of choice!
For a creamy cranberry feta dip: after removing the feta and cranberries from the oven, mix in cream cheese, gently mashing the feta and cranberries.

Please note if you do decide to use frozen the dip may be slightly more liquid!
