Ingredients
1canlow sodium chickpeas(15 oz)
¼cuppeanut butter
½teaspoonsesame oil
1tablespoonsriracha
1clovegarlic,pressed
1tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonfresh ginger
2tablespoonlime juice
2tablespoonolive oil
½salt
For topping:
peanuts
cilantro
red pepper flakes
olive oil drizzle
Instructions
In a high powered blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, peanut butter, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, honey, finger, lime juice, olive oil and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Add the hummus to a bowl or container and top with crushed peanuts, chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil.
