Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 10 inch whole grain tortillas 150g
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened (70g)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (60g)
  • 2 medium carrots grated (115g)
  • 2 tablespoon plain yogurt 40g
  • 6 slices of deli turkey meat 106
  • ½ cup spinach 20g

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cheddar cheese, grated carrots and yogurt. Mix well until a spread forms.
  • Add half of the cream cheese filling into the center of each tortilla. Use a knife to evenly spread the cream cheese filling around the tortilla (making sure to leave the outer edges free of any toppings).
  • Top each tortilla with ¼ cup of spinach and 3 slices of deli turkey. Tightly roll each tortilla. Slice into 6 slices and enjoy.
  • *For best results, tightly wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving ( this helps the cream cheese harden and keeps the roll ups together). However this step is optional if you would prefer to eat right away.
