Greek Yogurt and Granola Banana Splits

Thick, creamy yogurt, sweet jam and crunchy granola- these Greek yogurt and granola banana split parfaits are your dream meal prep breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium banana cut in half and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 cup granola
  • ½ cup low sugar jam
  • ¼ runny peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a glass jar or bowl arrange both slices of half of the banana.
  • In your glass jar, add a layer of the yogurt (about ¼ cup), top with fresh berries, a sprinkle of granola and 1 tablespoon of jam. Repeat once more. Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy.
