Ingredients
1tablespoonhoney
2tablespoonorange juice
1tablespoonwater
pinchcinnamon,about ⅛ tsp
2granny smith apples, (or any green apple, diced)
2cupsgrapes(mix of green and red for more colour), sliced in half
4kiwis,peeled, sliced and cut in half
1cupraspberries
½cuppomegranate arils
Optional:
½cuptangerines(or mandarin oranges)
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together honey, orange juice, water and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine apples, grapes, kiwis, raspberries and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle orange juice dressing over the fruit, toss to combine. Add to a Christmas themed bowl or serving platter!
