Bright, fresh, and full of festive colour, this Christmas Fruit Salad is a healthy addition to any holiday breakfast or brunch!

Christmas Fruit Salad in a large decorative bowl

There's something about a colourful fruit salad that instantly brightens up any holiday brunch table. I love my Fruit Cocktail Salad in the summer, but this Christmas Fruit Salad is perfect for the holiday season. It's light, refreshing, and tastes just as festive as it looks. It's the kind of recipe that brings a little balance to all the cozy breakfasts and sweet holiday treats.

I love this one because it's so easy to make but still feels special. The honey-orange dressing gives it just the right amount of sweetness and helps keep everything fresh and juicy. Plus, you can prep it in advance, which means one less thing to worry about when you're hosting brunch or heading to a family breakfast.

Why This Recipe Is Dietitian Approved

    1. Healthy breakfast addition. Packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, this fruit salad adds a fresh and nourishing option to your Christmas table.
    2. Festive colours. The vibrant mix of red, green, and orange fruit makes healthy eating feel just as fun and festive!
    3. Easy to make. With no cooking and only a few ingredients, it comes together in minutes.

    Christmas Fruit Salad Recipe

    Ingredients

Ingredients for fruit salad including green apples, grapes, cinnamon, raspberries, pomegranate, honey, orange juice and cinnamon

Honey. The natural sweetener of choice!

Orange juice. Citrus fruits are a key ingredients to helping reduce browning that occurs due to oxidation, adding a splash of orange juice not only creates a flavourful dressing it also helps stop the sliced apples from browning!

Water. To help add volume to the dressing, with no added sugar!

Cinnamon. For a cozy comforting flavour.

Red and green fruit. For a fun festive theme!

Tangerines or mandarin oranges. Mandarin oranges are a traditional fruit commonly associated with Christmas in many households so although they are not red or green, I love adding them in for a little pop of colour!

The complete ingredient list with measurements can be found in the recipe card below.
