Ingredients
1cupcottage cheese
2tablespoonmaple syrup
2teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupalmond flour
⅓cupvanilla protein powder
⅓cupchocolate chips
Instructions
To a medium mixing bowl, add cottage cheese. Blend using an immersion blender until smooth.
To the bowl mix in maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond flour and protein powder. Mix until fully combined.
Stir in chocolate chips. Place in the fridge to chill. Enjoy!
