Ingredients
100gnitrate free turkey deli meat(roughly 4 slices, chopped)
1sliceprovolone cheese(chopped)
1cupchopped lettuce
¼cupchopped tomato
¼cupchopped red onion
2tablespoonchopped antipasto mix
18 inchprotein or whole wheat tortilla
Italian dressing
½tablespoonolive oil
½tablespoonred wine vinegar
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
For the filling- in a medium bowl mix together deli meat, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion and antipasto mix.
Prep the dressing by whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the filling and toss.
Add filling the center of the tortilla and wrap by folding in the sides and rolling.
