Hi there!
My name is Nicole Addison and I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), lover of all things food and nutrition, recipe developer and nutrition communications expert based in Toronto. I focus on creating accessible yet healthy recipes, that nourish the body while fueling the soul.
I believe that nutrition is about more than just the foods you eat and should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help individuals nourish a healthier relationship with food in a way that fits with their lives.
After struggling with my relationship with food throughout University, I felt a strong desire to share my journey to help others who may be experiencing the same external pressures and overwhelm. Now, this is where I gather science-based info, personal experiences, and health-promoting recipes to share. I hope you enjoy my cozy place as much as I do. xo
