We've included a FULL one-week meal plan. This includes 16 nourishing recipes (some old favourites & some BRAND NEW) including breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners and dessert. All of the recipes are meal prep friendly, easy to make and require less than 30 minutes of prep!
The recipes contained in this eBook are all suitable for an omnivore (includes both plant & animal products) lifestyle. Where possible, I have included substitutions to make recipes dairy-free, nut-free and gluten-free to help make the recipes more accessible. I am hoping to create a vegetarian/ plant-based option in the future but for now you can check out our vegetarian recipes here!

Yes and no. Although there are 16 recipes included to help get you started, my goal with this eBook was to create something that helps educate and empower readers to learn new skills. Beyond just recipes, this eBook provides you with tips and tricks that you can apply to your everyday life to help make grocery shopping, meal planning and meal prepping EASY so you can feel confident to do it on your own.
