This easy Greek yogurt cheesecake dip is light, creamy and perfect for summer! It is the ultimate no-bake easy snack or dessert AND it's packed with protein... it's a WIN-WIN!
I've been on a cheesecake kick lately. If you haven't tried my cheesecake overnight oats now is your chance because they are a STAPLE in my life. I was eating a huge tub of strawberries the other day and I thought to myself hmm how good would it be if I could make a cheesecake dip to dip these strawberries in? I looked in my fridge at what we had and in less than five minutes this high protein cheesecake dip was created. All you need is five simple ingredients (you probably already have on hand) and you can make your own easy Greek yogurt cheesecake dip.
I promise it is SO good, it is sure to be a crowd pleaser at any summer potluck.

What can I serve this Greek yogurt Cheesecake Dip with?
My favourite pairing suggestions with this easy cheesecake dip include...
- Using it as a topping in my favourite oatmeal cookie cups
My favourite dippers...
- Cut up fruit (I love strawberries or apples)
- Waffle crisps
- Pretzels or pretzel chips
- Cinnamon tortilla chips
- Your favourite cookies (I personally love arrowroot cookies or graham crackers with this dip)
- Vanilla wafers
OR the absolute best way to impress anyone is to make a dipping snack plate/board. Place a bowl of this easy yogurt cheesecake dip on your favourite serving platter, and surround it with a variety of dipping options. Use some cookies, a variety of cut up fruit, and some crackers. It is sure to be a huge hit with your guests (or yourself if you're making an individual sized one)!
Can I turn this into a single serving dip?
The best part about this dip is the portion size is SO easy to adjust for whatever size serving you are looking to make! That means you can have enough yogurt cheesecake dip for as many as one through 50,000 people. Though if you are making it for 50,000 people I do have to let you know this recipe hasn't been testing at those portion sizes HAHA!
All you really need to ensure this dip has the creamy cheesecake flavour we all love is ensure you have equal amounts of Greek yogurt and Cool whip and equal amounts of vanilla extract and honey. The topping amounts can vary depending on your personal preference.
To make an individualized size of this cheesecake dip all you need to do is combine ¼ cup Greek yogurt with ¼ cup Cool whip, add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon honey and top with about 1-2 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs! (and yes I have tested this size!)
What ingredients do I need to easy Greek yogurt cheesecake dip?
All you need are five simple ingredients and you'll be able to make this creamy Greek yogurt cheesecake dip. The best part is you can 100% make this dip your own by getting creative with the toppings and using whatever you have on hand!
Cool whip: The light, fluffy and subtly sweet addition to this easy dip that gives it the 'cheesecake' flavour. You can use either the light or original versions! I have not tested a variation without the use of Cool whip however if you do let me know how it turns out!
Greek yogurt: The base of this sweet dip. I love using Greek yogurt as a base for dips, dressings and sauces. I find it's a great way to bring a creamy texture in addition to some added protein and nutrients! I have used both plain and vanilla Greek yogurt while testing this recipe and both were delicious. It really just depends on your taste preferences and how sweet you like things! I would recommend decreasing the honey (or omitting altogether) if you decide to use a flavoured Greek yogurt. (I have no tested this recipe with a non-dairy sub!)
Vanilla extract: One of my favourite ingredients to add to recipes. I love vanilla extract. As I've mentioned before in many of my recipes when you are baking vanilla extract the use of artificial/ real vanilla extract really doesn't matter because your baking it off anyways! As this is a no-bake cheesecake dip the use of real vanilla extract will SLIGHTLY increase the vanilla flavour however I recognize it's not always the most cost effective option so feel free to use whatever you have on hand!
Honey: A subtle hint of natural sweetness. I love a slight honey flavour in my cheesecake!
Toppings: This is where the fun starts. For a classic cheesecake variation I topped my dip with graham cracker crumbs however use this as an opportunity to get creative! Mini M&Ms, chocolate, caramel or chocolate drizzle or even a jam or fruit puree would be amazing on this!
Tip: turn this into a chocolate Greek yogurt cheesecake dip by mixing in 1 tablespoon of melted milk or white chocolate!
